Product Cataloguing
Once you registered your store with us you can manage all your products and the orders against them through the iNeed platform. The platform has a master list of all the products already created in it. All you have to do is select which products you plan to sell and provide the price at which you plan to sell them. If there are some product that you see missing in the platform we will have them added for you.

Store Location Service
As soon as you are online with us we will show your store to customers searching for products similar to the ones sold by you. The order of the stores depends on the SLA fulfilled by you. The quality of your service will decide the visibility and ranking of your store to the customers. Customers can enter your store online, browse all the product with categories and place their order online.

Order Management
You will receive your orders on the iNeed platform. It will be up to you to accept or reject the order. You will be able to manage the order through its complete lifecycle. Your actions will transition the order from one state to another until the order has been delivered to the customer.

Order Fulfilment
On receiving the order you prepare and package the order and keep it ready. Based on the customer’s choice on the order you would either deliver it to their home or keep it ready for the customer to visit the store and pick it up themselves.

Payment
There are different ways in which you can accept payment with iNeed platform. You can accept payment online where the money gets transferred to you through the iNeed platform directly to your bank account. You can provide a cash-on-delivery option to the customer where the customer pays to the delivery person after receiving the order. There is also an option of pay later, where based on your relationship with the customer, you allow the customer to make the payment after the partial/full delivery of the order has been made.
